Shipping policy

We understand the significance of delivering your order promptly and conveniently, and we strive to ship orders within 2-5 business days. Please be aware that during holidays, sales events, bank holidays, and weekends, this timeframe may be extended.

All orders require a processing time of 2-5 business days, excluding bank holidays and weekends.

After processing, orders will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout.

Delivery Address

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address; however, it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate address information at the time of ordering, especially for international shipments.

We reserve the right to impose a £15 administration fee for any modifications to order details after the purchase has been completed. If an order is returned to Chin Up Apparel due to incorrect delivery information, the customer will bear the cost of resending the item. In the absence of a response, Chin Up Apparel will restock the item and issue a refund, deducting a £15 administration fee. Please be aware that we are unable to ship to APO or Armed Forces addresses due to courier restrictions.

When purchasing items in the UK your order will be sent via Royal Mail.

Please allow 3-5 days for processing + 2-3 days for delivery.

For orders under £100 the delivery fee will be £3.95 (Tracked Standard).

Orders over £100 are eligible for free tracked standard shipping.

Please allow 2-4 working days for standard delivery.

2. USA & Canada

Full Tracked Shipping  - £10

Express 48hr Tracked Service - £20 (Delivered in 48hrs from dispatch)

Shipping times are set by the service providers we partner with. Estimated time for delivery is 5-10 working days, however this can be extended to 30 days due to customs. If your order does not arrive in 30 days please contact us.

3. Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Bad Monday Apparel. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

To initiate a refund or exchange for your item, please return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. To process your return or exchange, complete the returns form included with your order.

This form must contain your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email, your full name, and the details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Ensure that the items are in the same condition as when you received them, including being in the original packaging with the label or tag attached, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, free from perfume, make-up, and smoke, and devoid of pet or animal hair. All returned items will be inspected. If you do not have the returns form, you can download a copy from our website.

Please include a note or letter with your return that contains all pertinent information. Returns lacking this information may face processing delays. If you are returning an item from outside the UK, it is essential to indicate on the customs form that the package is a return. Upon receipt of your return parcel, we will process your refund within 14 days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the exchange or refund is completed.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method, with the original shipping costs deducted. If you have requested an exchange, the replacement order will be shipped at no additional cost, as we do not provide a free returns policy. Returns submitted after the 30-day return period will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or impose a £10 cleaning fee if the return conditions are not satisfied. Additionally, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns and retaining proof of postage for any inquiries regarding your return.
