European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no explanation required.
To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If denied, we will inform you of the reason.
